Quirijn is the new face in Bali Culinary scene.
He is the newly appointed Chef at Gado Gado restaurant, bringing with him his culinary skills which he has obtained working together with some of the famous like Pascal Jalhaij of Vermeer, Ronald Kunis from the Famous River Cafe in London and Martijn Kajuiter from Marco Pierre White.
And his most recent experience was working with Stefan Zijta at Shy Restaurant in Jakarta before coming to Bali to join the Gado Gado Restaurant.
The chef Quirijn and his creations rely heavily on the Classic European Cuisine with an infused modern touch. Together with his creativity and thoughtful presentation it will give our guest a truly memorable dining experience.
His straight forward and pure style of cooking make the ingredients come up to their best in flavour and colour. The ingredients will tell the story of the dish.
